Any entity using the MAMA Campaign documents will:

• Use the most current version of the document which will be posted on the website.
• Agree to use the material as is, with no individual changes.
• Attribute the material to the MAMA Campaign, leaving the MAMA Campaign logo intact on the handouts.
• Notify the MAMA Campaign by e.mail , info@mamacampaign.org, of any feedback from the use of these documents that might lead to updates or edits in the information.
